hmm. today got this national day celebration. Zzz. Is so hot out there just now.
Didnt intend to run for tat 1.5km road to Fusionopolis. Actually only wanted to measure my Blood Pressure and Bodyfats.

hehe.. chatted along the way~ so FAR! tot near near only. haha.
But Fusionopolis is nice :) BIGG! lols. and.. HIGH! =x ssccaarree!! Gary brought us up to the 21st storey! So high luh!
the view is nice :)) haha. Gary say can go pa toh dere ah.. lols! got cctv!!! so ppl.. dun go dere for pa toh ah.. haha. =p

walked back to biopolis. was so hungry jus now. hahaa! went to measure blood pressure and bodyfats. (:
yeah. result.. BP: 105/60 BF: 26%
haha. acceptable BF. but between 20 - 25% will be better. haha. [i will run more] (:
BP.. erm.. checked w the chart.. slighty low blood. haha!
1 yr plus back i was like BP:96 or smth when i wrk at video ezy. haha. used Osim machine to check. lols. (eat snake) =p
im weak.
now 105! hehe. =)
