Then I realised, actually I'm running slow!
Increasing incline will tone up our thighs! But I'm always scare when I increase and I will fall. x( Also will burn more calories! ;)
This week ran 8.9km. :( but it doesnt help to make me feel any better. Dont ask me why I emo, cos I dont know. zz.

Yupyup! Competiting with the strangers running besides you really motivates you to run faster and longer. But if you met some irritating people who stares at your meter and jogging slowly, ignore them and they will fall very soon (or someday they will! muahah!)
Also, Anti-aging! By using expensive products help to prevent anti-aging but talking with your spouse is free! Is a stress relief for everyone. :) Not too nagging thou, if not he or she will get stressed! :)
