Why I quit my job?
Random post. I jus feel like saying how much I hate to be there. It's gonna be wordyyyyy!! :D Off it if you dont want to continue.:)
Leaving BSF is not a regret, but joining SIgN is a mistake. Interviewers are always so nice in front of the interviewee, this is what I can say. People dont fall into the trap like I do.
I quit because I CANNOT get along with her.
Can you communicate with a person who shout and screams at you when she talk?
(Her talk = machiam ten or more people can hear.)
If you really want to talk to her you wont be scare of her?
Everything you say you have to think whether if she would have any thing to say back. The more you talk the more you are wrong.
She can keep repeating the similiar line over and over again for 1.5hrs.
Im already 23! no more 21 yrs old. I still have to report where I go.
Keep saying I gone disappear from my desk. Ohwell. whatever. I seriously hate!!!
Your little mistakes will be announced to her group of "Best Friends".
I got many of her 1.5hrs. thats why i prevent myself from talking to her.
People changes as fast as weather does. Or the numbers jumping up and down in shares. When they need you to do something for them, they will definitely treat you damn well until you are so happy and you trust them.
Well..i got 7 days more to tahan from her complaining and whatever shit she and that old lady gonna give me.
Shall say something I heard yesterday when she is complaining to HR.
(I know she said for me to hear.)
I have my exam last week, so I applied ANNUAL leave one month before my exam dates.I took 5 days of ANNUAL leaves, but that was one month before and before my resignation. SHE, complained that I have served less 5 days and complained that she wont want people who are taking part time as her next admin staff.
I checked with HR, for my early release of my one day of work. I agreed to compensate the compnay for that one day of absent. She said if I want an answer from her, her ans is NO. WTF! I have already pay back that one day and I have told her is due to personal reason.
From what I know, I can dont give her any reason! F!
She said, so what she have pay back? What if I know her new boss? She will be blacklisted! - Is this threatening? Thanks!
She also said that, I got no manners, no respect her. Please, if you want someone to respect you, you got to respect her too. Not talking at people's back, complaining(bitch) around and pushing fault to me(2nd week of my work!)
When you interview, they say will have temp recep. When I tender, she told me that they are not going to hire any recep. Is this an empty promise? yes. I will have an increase of 100$ after my probation. So, everytime I do something not right, she will emphasis on the 100$. She will not sign to approve for me to get the increment of the 100$. I cannot stand her self 'yaya-ness', her everything-is-perfect-on-her and all her RUBBISH!
Happy is important.
You should be happy in whatever you do.
Your job, the one you be with and you need happiness to motivate yourself :)
I think I have make the right decision.
