Having such a hard time working with those 1990s. Am I too old to think of how they are thinking? Or am I too responsible on my job...
Last month just left us a 1990s (ah-lian type), leaving us too much undone and who clear those? Me.
What we do in our work is that we need to provide good service and right information. Leaving undone work is a really big headache whereby some client dont even want to repeat the whole story again. Providing client wrong direction and information is really a big mistake! Facing those client asking me how how how.. headache. #askmehowtonotstress1
The B are always fine to have people come and go as they are not the one taking over those undone. (this is the impression that they left me with)
Taking more haze compared to last two years. Spending more time away. 1 jobs, 2 different person to finish. (Is this call working efficiently??) When things are left incomplete or not doing them efficiently or anything that is a wrong, who will be blame?
Job to be complete: basic steps - Lodgement, email client and update Database (DB)
Lodgement done by you automatically the documents will be lying on my desk for me to update db. Reason being: Don't know hw to enter the info to the db! (Totally unacceptable!) #askmehowtonotstress2
Like I said, having hard time working with 1990s.
Employee, to a company you are an expense. Why don't you make urself to become an asset to the company. To me, they are just wasting the money to hire you for just that amount of work you have done. (terrible!)

Above 4 # are the way she work. Yes, maybe is her strength of doing. Which I really cant stand this kind of people. Especially you act weak to me? you gonna make me hate you for a period of time! I DISLIKE and can go to the point of HATE GIRLS who act weak! Disgusted.
#1, #4: To the B, B will think that you r not feeling well or damn busy.. therefore, work load goes to me again.
#2, #3: Idk Idk, everything you can dont care. What B says: XM, later call XXX to settle this ok?
The big problem now: Speaking out the problem without any action taken.
I speak out means that I need help. But nobody seems to get to the point.
